Peer-led support group for survivors with Moya Moya Disease

Join us as we share a unique opportunity for individuals with Moya Moya Disease who have aphasia. Two individuals with aphasia secondary to a stroke caused by Moya Moya Disease, David Kim and Jennifer Kurnal, have partnered with Lingraphica and ARC (Virtual Connections) to offer their peers with Moya Moya Disease a place to connect for support specific to their condition. Jennifer Kurnal, BS, RDMS, RDCS, RVT, will share her insights not only as a survivor, but as a former college professor of radiologic technology.  She will show and describe the imaging and surgical repair procedure she had following her Moya Moya diagnosis.
